In this role, you will be responsible for the isolation, screening, and characterization of novel microorganisms from diverse environmental niches. Your primary duties will include strain improvement, developing robust microbial cultures, and applying molecular techniques for identification and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in classical and molecular microbiology and a passion for discovering microbial solutions.

As an Agricultural Microbiologist, you will focus on developing and evaluating microbial products that enhance plant growth and soil health. You will design and execute laboratory, greenhouse, and field trials to test the efficacy of our biofertilizers and PGP (Plant Growth-Promoting) inoculants. This role involves analyzing soil-plant-microbe interactions and requires hands-on experience in agricultural science, soil microbiology, and experimental design.

 We are looking for an Aquaculture Scientist to lead the development of our probiotic solutions for the aquaculture industry. Your main responsibility will be to formulate and test probiotic supplements aimed at improving the health, immunity, and growth of aquatic species. You will manage in-house aquaculture systems, monitor water quality, and analyze the impact of probiotics on gut health. A background in aquaculture, fish nutrition, or aquatic microbiology is essential.

 Join our team as an Environmental Biotechnologist to develop sustainable solutions for bioremediation and waste management. You will work on creating microbial-based processes to degrade environmental pollutants, treat industrial wastewater, and convert organic waste into value-added products. This position requires a strong understanding of environmental science, bioremediation principles, and analytical chemistry to assess process efficiency.

 As a Formulation Scientist, you will drive the innovation of our natural products and biocosmetics line. Your role is to research and develop stable, effective, and safe cosmetic formulations using microbially-derived ingredients such as biosurfactants, enzymes, and extracts. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from ingredient sourcing and prototyping to stability testing and performance validation. Experience in cosmetic science or natural product chemistry is highly desired.

 We need a skilled Bioprocess Engineer to manage the scale-up of our microbial fermentation projects. You will be responsible for transitioning products from the laboratory bench to pilot and production scale. Your focus will be on optimizing fermentation parameters, developing efficient downstream processing techniques, and ensuring the final product meets quality standards. This role is critical for commercialization and requires a strong background in biochemical engineering and fermentation technology.
